Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy.
Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from the Noémi online store at noemi.ee, operated by Noemiest OÜ, registry code 16893632, Estonia.
Orders & Payments
All prices are displayed in euros. Any applicable delivery costs are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Orders can be paid using the payment methods available at checkout. Card payments are securely processed by Stripe. Noemiest OÜ does not store or have direct access to customers’ full payment card details.
The sales contract becomes effective once payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed.
During sales, launches or other busy periods, order processing may take longer than usual.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally to the destinations available at checkout. Available delivery methods, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by couriers, public holidays, high order volumes or other circumstances beyond our control.
Same-Day Pickup in Tallinn
Same-day pickup is available in Tallinn on business days for eligible in-stock orders placed before 14:00.
Customers can select “Same-day pickup – Nautica Keskus, Tallinn” as the delivery method at checkout.
Orders can be collected from the Nautica Keskus Omniva parcel locker after the customer has received a notification confirming that the parcel is ready for collection.
Same-day pickup is subject to order processing and parcel locker availability and therefore cannot be guaranteed in circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the Online Store within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
The customer may handle and try on an item only to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and fit.
Items showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and fit may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount in accordance with applicable law.
Returns
The customer must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the order.
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
The goods must be returned within 14 days after notifying the Online Store of the withdrawal.
Returned products should include all original accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.
For hygiene and product-protection reasons, customers are asked to take particular care when trying on garments and to avoid makeup, perfume, deodorant, smoke or other marks or scents.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the customer selected a delivery method that was more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by the Online Store, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.
Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Items
Products marked as “Pre-order” or “Made to order” may have longer processing times. The estimated dispatch or production time will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be dispatched once all products are ready unless otherwise agreed.
Any statutory right of withdrawal applicable to a product remains unaffected unless the product falls within a specific legal exception.
Defective or Incorrect Products
The Online Store is responsible for products that do not conform to the sales contract in accordance with applicable law.
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us at info@noemi.ee and provide your order number and relevant information regarding the issue.
Where required by applicable law, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective product or provide an appropriate refund or price reduction.
Direct Marketing and Personal Data
The Online Store processes personal data necessary to fulfil orders, provide customer service, arrange delivery and meet applicable legal obligations.
Marketing communications and newsletters are sent where the customer has provided the required consent or where another lawful basis applies.
Further information about the collection and processing of personal data is provided in our Privacy Policy.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint regarding the Online Store, please contact us at info@noemi.ee so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve a dispute by agreement, the consumer may contact the competent consumer dispute resolution body in accordance with applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Estonian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to the customer.
